Income - three times rent. Third party screening for credit.
- What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?

- What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
The application would be denied.
- Is my security deposit totally refundable?
If refundable deposit option is chosen at move in, then yes.
- If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
